By purchasing, accessing, or using the Porn Addiction Solution program ("the Program"), including the website at pornaddictionsolution.com, the learning platform at pornaddictionsolution.com, and the companion app at pornaddictionsolution.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Program is operated by Angus Munro Psychology, located in Sydney, Australia.

The Program is available as a one-time purchase of $479 USD. This grants you access to the full program content for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Each purchase grants access to one person. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

If we detect that an account is being shared or accessed by multiple people, we reserve the right to suspend the account and request verification.

All content within the Program, including videos, text, graphics, audio, questionnaires, and the companion app, is the intellectual property of Angus Munro Psychology and is protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Program content for your own recovery. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Program content
• Record, download, or capture video content beyond what the platform provides
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use Program content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on Program content

The Program is an educational self-help resource. It is designed to provide information, strategies, and tools based on clinical psychology principles.

Recovery is influenced by many factors beyond the scope of any program, including individual circumstances, co-occurring conditions, level of engagement, and support systems. The techniques and strategies provided are tools; their effectiveness depends on consistent, sustained application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angus Munro Psychology's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or loss of anticipated benefits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Program.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws where you reside, those laws prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Australia: If you are an Australian consumer, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a refund. You are also entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

United Kingdom & EU: If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. Our 30-day refund guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.

United States: If you are a US consumer, you are protected by the Federal Trade Commission Act and applicable state consumer protection laws. Our refund policy and practices comply with FTC guidelines for digital products.

Canada: If you are a Canadian consumer, your provincial consumer protection legislation applies. Our refund policy meets or exceeds provincial requirements for digital products.

You agree not to:

• Use the Program in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Program's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

However, if you reside in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply regardless of the governing law specified above. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising rights available to you under the consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
